ENTRY Coaches
must complete the entry
form, seeding information form and the OFSAA Rules of Behaviour
AND FEES: Form and fax (613 967-1963) them so that they arrive no later than Wednesday March 1st 2006. The entry fees are also due at that time.
Entry
Fee: Cheque
in the amount of $350, payable to 2006 ‘AA’ BOYS’ BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP.
Banquet
Fee: Cheque in
the amount of $22 per member payable to “2006
‘AA’ BOYS’ BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP”.
OFSAA
Participation Fee: Payable to “OFSAA” - $2.00 per athlete.
REGISTRATION: There
will be a team registration on Sunday, March 5 between 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm at
the host hotel, the Fairfield Marriott.
Please check in on arrival.
COACHES The coaches meeting
will be held at 10:00 pm on Sunday,
MEETING: March 5 also at the Fairfield
Marriott.
BANQUET: The Banquet will be held on Sunday, March 5
at 7:00 pm
at St. Theresa Catholic Secondary School. All teams are expected to
attend. Please dress appropriately – dress
pants, shirt and tie - no jeans, running shoes, hats or t-shirts.
PLAYING Please
review the playing regulations forwarded to you in
REGULATIONS: your package.
SOUVENIRS: Souvenir
clothing will be available upon registration and throughout the tournament at
both sites.
TEAM PHOTOS: Team photos
will be taken at the time of registration on Sunday, March 5 at the Fairfield
Marriott. All players are requested to be in team
uniform
for the photo.
PRACTICE
TIMES: Practice times
on Sunday will begin at 9:30 am at both sites and continue every hour
